I qualified from the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham in 1979 and gained valuable experience in major hospitals around Birmingham

On moving to this area, I worked at Grantham and Melton hospitals and in clinics at various GP surgeries.

My private practice has expanded over the years, offering a wide range of treatments in the management of musculo-skeletal conditions.

I also hold a fitness instructor's certificate and can offer advice on exercise and rehabilitation programmes. I am committed to professional development.

Techniques used for treatment include ultrasound, electrotherapy, mobilisations, massage, exercise therapy, fitness programmes, postural advice, work related advice.

I also run Clinical Pilates classes – traditional pilates exercises are modified for a clinical population, in particular orthopaedic, sports, neurological and women's health conditions
